PlastEst Industry OÜ is Estonia's leading manufacturer of thermoplastic industrial solutions. Since 1998 we have grown from a small workshop into an internationally recognised partner.
Our story
PlastEst Industry was founded in 1998 when its founders identified a clear need in the Estonian industrial market for quality thermoplastic solutions. The first projects were straightforward pipe installations and smaller tanks for local water treatment facilities.
By 2005 we had grown enough to invest in modern CNC machinery and expand our factory. This enabled us to start manufacturing larger tanks up to 100 m³ and to offer complete solutions to the chemical industry.
In 2010 we became an authorised AGRU partner and began exporting to Finland. Today we have completed over 100 projects in Estonia, Finland and Sweden, and our team has grown to more than 20 specialists.
Key milestones in our development: DVS 2205 certification (2003), first export project to Finland (2010), ISO 9001 quality certification (2015), launch of HDPE boat manufacturing (2019), and CNC equipment upgrade to 4000 mm machining capacity (2021).

Facility & equipment
Our production facility is located in Kiili, near Tallinn. With over 2 000 m² of floor space, the factory is equipped to manufacture large-scale tanks and structural components.
Our equipment park includes CNC machining centres for parts up to 4000 mm, extrusion welding units, hot-element butt welding machines for pipe d50–d355 and a range of plastic forming tools.
